Dyno Jet Auto Tune
Auto Tune Pro
-Uses the pro o2 wide band vs. narrow band
-Narrow Band sensor are 14.6:1 only (Basic)
-Wide Band sense 10.1:1 ~ 18.0:1 (PRO) will set it to 13.0:1 automatically while learning
*Will need to do 3-4 sessions to sharpen up the open loop tune
-Target tune uses the wide band to keep it in a constant state of perfect tune and is good for elevation change and load changes
-If you a lready have the wideband sensors you can use target tune but you need to buy the unit by itself
-Auto tune Pro will apply a value file to the tune that you select
-Auto Tune Will temporally disable:
-Will set the complete Air Fuel Ratio table to 13.0
-Acceleration Enrichment
-De-Cel En-leinment
-Power Enrichment
-Adaptive Control
-Engine Idle Temp Control
To get started
-Select PRO
-Will modify the tune selected
-Select continue
-Shut off for 10 sec
-Start bike and go to auto tune screen
-Select data log while you ride the bike
*While in the green screen, it is learning and recording! You do not need to push the log start to begin; it is already in progress in the green screen.
-Push the mode button to change screens
-Hits- records the cells that the VE table has been recorded
**Ride through as many cells to collect as much data as possible
-VE Front Table show current VE value for the front cylinder
-VE Back Table Show current VE value for the rear cylinder
-LVEF Table Learned VE front as you ride and the table populates it will fill n the new VE value
-LVER Table learned VE for the rear cylinder
-LCORF Table Learned Correction for the front cylinder
--Percentage that will be added or subtracted--
-LCORR Learned correction for the rear cylinder
-RT real Time Zoomed in of the current cell
-Back to hit screen
**After the Learning / riding sesion is done hit EXIT**
Saving New Tune
-After collection of the data hit EXPORT LEARNED and save to one of the empty slots
-Select a new slot to save the new tune and hit Continue and select a slot to save the new tune
-If you wish to flash that new tune then disable auto tuning and select that new tune as the new base map
-You can start auto tuning from that map by now starting a new auto tuning session.
The maximum allowable VE value for any one cell is 127.5
If any cells are over 127.5 then you are allowed to SCALE the value
This increases the engine displacement factor and decrease the VE tables by a % that is equal to that factor
Cap- will not change cells and will simply cap off at 127.5
-EXPORT LEARNED and save to one of the empty slots
**This tune will now re-enabled all the factors mentioned above**
**Be sure to flash that new tune from the custom tunes to return the bike to normal operations with the enabled tables**
*** I have found that on the PV1B I have to disable the auto tune, shut off the bike, and load the new tune and shut off the bike, then re-select enable auto tune and shut off the bike.. Then start the bike and select data log. What a hassle! ***
